The first progression in the breakdown of cellular integrity, within the skin cell, is the onslaught of a free radical. Your skin is subjected to them each day, both internal and external.  External environmental factors include exposure to pesticides, cigarette smoke, UV radiation, pollution, and lower quality skin care products.  Internal factors include inflammation, stress and intense exercise as well as eating things like refined sugar, carbohydrates, and processed meats.
 
Our First Defense Serum was developed to harness the powerful antioxidant benefits of  Vitamin C, E and Ferulic Acid on the skin. Our serum includes 20% Vitamin C (SAP-active form of Vit C) which neutralizes free radicals and promotes collagen synthesis, 2% Vitamin E which neutralizes free radicals and promotes healing & 1% Ferulic acid which also neutralizes free radicals, inhibits UV-induced melanogenesis (dark spots) and has anti-inflammatory properties.
 
When applied topically our First Defense serum will help to neutralize free radicals to protect the skin against excessive external oxidative stressors like UV radiation and pollution as well as interenal stressors like inflammation, all resulting in free radical damage. It also helps to fand brightens the complexion.

Application: 
Apply in the Morning
Apply after you have cleansed and toned your skin
Dispense 1  pump of serum into your palms, rub together then press into skin on your face and neck. Be sure to cover all the areas on your face but avoid the eye area. 
Be sure to test the skin around the eye area before you fully apply any product in that area
Layer with another serum of your choice
Follow with your favorite moisturizer and sunscreen
