Application: 
You can either cleanse your face before using the product, or during the exfoliation process.
Take a small teaspoon sized scoop out of the jar.
Apply to wet skin on your face and gently exfoliate the skin using upward and outward motions.
Do not over exfoliate your skin, this may cause irritation. 
Only use 1-2x per week, depending upon how your skin reacts and/or the condition of your skin.
Follow with a hydrating mask, then a moisturizer.
